An upright hardy variety with large, full-flavoured, silvery-green leaves. Height - 30-75cm (12-30in). Prefers a well-drained soil in full sun. Culinary Use - Stuffings and stews.

(Thymus vulgaris). Mauve flowers in summer. Small mid green leaves. Culinary, use in stews, salads, sauces, etc. Medicinal, antibacterial and anti fungal. Plant in very well-drained, moist soil in full sun. Trim after flowering. Height - 20cm (8in).
