HERB Balm - Lemon 8.5cm/9cm
A bushy upright perennial with wrinkled, light green leaves and spikes of yellow flowers from June to August. Can be used in stuffings, jams, fruit salads, vegetable salads and fruit drinks. Height - 60-120cm (2-4ft); Spread - 45cm (18in). Prefers a well-drained soil in a sunny position.
HERB Chamomile - Lawn / Treneague 9cm
An evergreen perennial herb with a prostrate habit. A dense mat of aromatic green foliage is produced which never produces flowers so can make an ideal lawn or fragrant container plant. Will grow in most well-drained soils in a sunny position.

A tall and graceful perennial herb sometimes mistaken for dill but with a completely different taste and fragrance. Very fine green leaves and bright yellow flowers. Used primarily with fish sauces and cooked vegetables. Height - Up to 1.5m (Up to 5ft). Prefers a sunny site in well-drained soil.

Dark green leaves with dark veins. Dense clusters of mauve-pink flowers from June to August. Can be grown in pots. The extra strong peppermint flavour has a hint of chocolate. (Thymus pulegioides). A low-growing thyme with rounded dark green leaves and spikes of deep pink flowers in Summer. Leaves can be used with fish and chicken as well as in stews. Prefers a sunny position in moist but very well-drained soil. Trim after flowering. Height - 25cm (10in).
